异议期限：乙方如果对货物的品质或数量有异议，必须在轮船到达目的港口之日起20天内提出，否则视同乙方默认货物的质量与数量与合同的相符。
12、异议依据：
甲方必须在收到乙方的异议三天内向乙方确认收到该文件并于30天内答复。否则视同默认乙方提有异议的问题属实。
13、人力不可抗拒：
由于人力不可抗拒的原因，致使甲方不能履行合同，甲方不负违约责任，但必须立即通知乙方，如果乙方提出要求，则必须出具当地政府或有关机构关于发生事故的证明文件。

15、仲裁：
凡因执行本合同或与本合同有关事项所发生的一切争执。应由双方友好协商解决，协商不成，则在被告国家根据其仲裁机构的仲裁程序进行仲裁。该仲裁决定是终局的，对双方具有同等的约束力，仲裁费用除仲裁机构另有规定外，均由败诉方负担。
     本合同采用中文和英文两种文字书就，两种文字具有同等的效力，如若由于文字理解上的差异而造成争执，则必须将两种文字的意思做参照，作出折中判断。
 本合同一式两份，各执一份为凭，双方盖章和签字生效。

    shall be deemed that the object quantity or quality has conformed with the terms of the contract.
    d.       Basis of Discrepancy:
    e.       After received the discrepancy of Party B, Party A should make a confirmation of having received the
    document of discrepancy in three days and make a reply in 30 days. If Party A is indolent in making such a notice,
    it shall be deemed that the problems dissented by Party B is true.

    In case that Party A is not able to perform the contract because of force majeure, the liabilities shall be
    exempted. But Party A shall make a notice to Party B, if Party B requires, Party A should provide evident documents
    about the happening of accident made by local government or organization concerned.
    All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through
    negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case may then be submitted for arbitration to arbitration
    organization of appellee’s country in accordance with the rules of procedures promulgated by the said organization.
    The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party

    any dissension because the difference of character apprehension, both of the meaning of two languages should be
